Recurring maintenance and safety checks, on one platform across many sites
Maintenance teams work through recurring checklists and safety sign-offs across many buildings. We built one platform for job cards, schedules, and reports, with AI agent access built in from the start.
The problem
Each building has its own list of recurring jobs: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly. Some jobs need a written hazard analysis and sign-off before work starts.
The teams already knew their paper forms. The platform had to match them, work on any phone, and need no login for the person doing the job.
What we built
A job card builder
Admins build reusable job cards with drag and drop: sections, checklist items, and items that only appear at month end, quarter end, or year end.
Schedules that send themselves
Each job card can go out on a schedule to a person or a group, with rotations. Reminders follow up automatically.
A form anyone can open
Each job card arrives as a private link or a QR code. The person doing the work fills it in on their phone with no account needed.
Safety first, on paper and on screen
When a job needs a hazard analysis, the form asks for it before the checklist. The printable PDF matches the paper form teams already use.
Built for AI agents
A REST API and an MCP server, secured with OAuth, let AI assistants look up and manage job cards with the same permissions as a person.
How it works day to day
- Many sites run separately, with admin and view-only roles for each.
- Completed job cards become PDF reports automatically.
