CloudWise provides software development, AI, and automation services, and continues to provide IT services to existing IT clients. Specific service terms are detailed in individual service agreements.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CloudWise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Electronic Agreements

Agreements signed through our electronic signing platform are legally binding under the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (Ontario). Digital signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures.

Limitation of Liability

CloudWise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
