Quinte Smiles - RMM Setup

The following instructions will assist you with setting up our remote access tool on each of your computers. To do this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click here and download the setup file that you are prompted to save. 
  2. Run the file after the download is completed. 
  3. You will be prompted to setup our agent. Simply follow the instructions on screen. 
  4. Once the setup is completed (as shown below), send a message to your technician and include a reference name for the computer you just completed (ie. Operations Room 2, Front Desk 1, etc)
